1. HOW DO I LOG IN/REGISTER?
A. Make sure you’re on our wholesale site:
https://wholesale.foundimage.com and not our direct-to-consumer retail site.
B. Make sure you have an approved account.
If you have signed up for a wholesale account and are signed in and still don’t see pricing, then you need to be approved. Just send a note to foundimage@foundimage.com with the email on the account, store details, and your resell or retail ID. We’ll follow up to confirm business details, confirm terms, minimums, and other account information, and get you approved.
Click the Log in/Register button on the upper-left hand side of the site to reach the log in screen. Then just enter your username and password. Not registered? No problem, just fill out a brief form and we’ll get you approved.

2. WHAT IS THE SECRET TO HAPPINESS?
Why, vintage images, of course! Or, maybe cake and a dog. Or both!

3. CAN I HAVE ANY IMAGE ON ANY PRODUCT?
Yes, any of the images on our site can be applied to any of our products: postcards, greeting cards, magnets, art prints, and stickers. Please remember that minimum quantities per item, per image apply.

4. WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUANTITIES?
Wholesale orders require minimum quantities of each item, all with the same image. You’ll see these increments on our site when placing an order online. View details here.

6. DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT DISPLAYS?

7. HOW DO YOU FIND A PARTICULAR IMAGE?
In addition to our navigation for broader topics, we have an excellent search function. For example, to find images of Italy travel posters, click the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of the search bar, enter what you’re looking for, and enjoy the results!

8. HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
We’re proud of our process. Our team does everything in-house, including order taking, processing, printing, packing, and shipping. Please allow 7-10 days for order processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping.
9. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Because our products are made to order, we do not typically offer refunds or exchanges. However, we try to rectify errors to ensure our customers are satisfied with their Found Image Press experience.
